Reservation Confirmation
To confirm your booking, please fill out and submit the booking form available on our website. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will review the details and get in touch to confirm availability and finalize your reservation. Confirmation is subject to tour availability and will be communicated via the contact information you provide in the form.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via cash, major credit/debit cards, or online payment through a secure payment link. Payment instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please ensure payment is completed within the specified timeframe to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. However, cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the trip are free of charge. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled trip will incur a 50% charge. Any cancellations made within 3 days of the trip will incur the full charge. We recommend notifying us as early as possible for any changes to your plans.
Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable under our cancellation policy, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method—whether cash, card, or online link payment. Please note that any processing fees incurred during payment may be non-refundable.
